Chicos Coffee – Your Go-To Local Café for Exceptional Coffee & Friendly Service in Clinton, NC

I was in the shop the day a customer left an unfair review. She had ordered drinks for herself and her GRANDMOTHER and later tried to return them simply because she didn’t like them (not because anything was wrong). The owner politely explained that for health and safety reasons, drinks cannot be returned once they’ve gone over the counter. Unfortunately, the customer became rude and made the comment, “You will be hearing from me” and then left a negative and false review, which doesn’t reflect the true experience here. The owner and staff are always friendly, professional, and care deeply about their customers. The drinks and atmosphere are consistently excellent, and it’s sad to see a small business unfairly judged. I will continue to support this coffee shop and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a drink and good company.

Chico’s Coffee is a great spot with good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is consistently solid, service is friendly , and the staff clearly know their coffee. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Overall, it’s a reliable local café, just a comfortable place with great coffee and good vibes.

My absolute favorite coffee shop. Been coming here since they were selling out of their truck in the parking lot of Wa Chang’s and they’ve only gotten better throughout the years. They’re one of the very few places in the area that pay attention to allergies and dietary restrictions, so you can always trust that you’re getting what you ordered! Quality is always 10/10 and both owners and staff are incredibly friendly. Def try the Kailey’s Special when you come through ;) !

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The owners are the sweetest people and the staff is so friendly. All it takes is to walk in as a customer one time and you are hooked. We don't go anywhere else for our coffee treat. Like with other businesses, if you use a credit card there is an upcharge and they have the option for you to tip on the screen so if you aren't paying attention, it may seem like the coffee is more expensive but it's not. Trust me, the staff is WORTH every dollar they add in tips. You can opt out but why would you? They are amazing They have added baked goodies too and they are delicious. A sweet treat to go with your coffee is just the perfect combination. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
